This class is for registered members only. Existing members, please RSVP to reserve a seat.
Class will consist of breathing techniques, guided meditations, seated yoga positions, stretches and flows. At the end of class, members will be encouraged to talk about their experience with the group. No experience necessary, all levels and abilities welcome. All supplies will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes. Please acquire medical clearance from your physician to participate in Chair Yoga prior to registering and notify the ACC of any injuries, sensitivities or limitations that should be honored.
